WILD WILLY BARRETT (above with Sleeping Dogz)

Once described as 'the Godfather of grunge folk', Wild Willy Barrett is a truly original multi-insrumentalists who plays a wide variety of styles (including folk, blues, jazz, neo-spanish, bluegrass) on a similarly wide variety of instruments (guitar, violin, banjo, balalaika, electric bagpuss and wheelie bin).

In addition to his solo performances, Willy currently works with John Devine and Mary Holland (Sleeping Dogz) and with John Otway, with whom he achieved notoriety in the 1970s and '80s in the UK.
